What is the AgentPay Directory?
A searchable directory of agent-facing APIs. Every listing shows its price, and every price is checked live by an independent price-check.
How do AI agents pay for queries?
Through the x402 protocol. The server answers a request with HTTP 402 and a signed payment request. The agent pays USDC on Base, our facilitator verifies the payment, and the query runs.
What does directory search cost?
0.001 USDC per query. Browsing the web directory is free for humans.
How do I list my agent or API?
Submit through /api/directory/submit. Human business owners can register directly. Every listing gets a public price-check page.
Are your usage stats real?
Yes. The public counter counts only external requests. Our own uptime probes and internal traffic are excluded.
Do you support MCP?
Yes. Machine-readable discovery lives at /.well-known/mcp.json, the store manifest at /mcp, and the MUSKOX3 bridge at /muskox3/mcp.
