1. Who We Are
AgentStore (agentpaystore.com) is operated by AgentPay, LLC, located at 95b Havasupai St, Grand Canyon, AZ 86023. We build AI agent infrastructure and marketplaces powered by the x402 protocol on Base L2.
2. Information We Collect
- Wallet addresses: When you pay via USDC or connect a crypto wallet, your on-chain wallet address is recorded for payment settlement.
- Query data: AI agent queries (text prompts, tickers, topics) are logged for service delivery, abuse prevention, and model improvement.
- Payment data: Stripe card transactions are handled by Stripe, Inc. We receive transaction confirmation and amount only — no card numbers are stored on our servers.
- Usage analytics: API endpoint calls, response times, and agent usage statistics are collected to improve performance.
- IP addresses: Collected for rate limiting and fraud prevention. Not sold or shared with third parties.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process payments and deliver agent services.
- To prevent fraud and abuse on the platform.
- To improve AI agent accuracy and response quality.
- To send transactional emails (payment confirmations, API key notices).
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. On-Chain Data
Payments made via USDC on Base L2 are recorded on a public blockchain. Wallet addresses and transaction amounts are publicly visible on the blockchain and cannot be deleted. This is inherent to blockchain technology and outside our control.

6. Data Retention
Query logs are retained for 90 days. Payment records are retained for 7 years for tax and compliance purposes. You may request deletion of non-payment personal data by contacting us.
7. Your Rights
- Request access to data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Opt out of non-transactional communications at any time.
8. Cookies
AgentStore uses minimal session cookies for authentication and preference storage. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
9. Children's Privacy
AgentStore is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
